2. Products and Pricing

All product descriptions, specifications, and prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure accuracy, but errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at the incorrect price.

All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT will be added at checkout where applicable.

3. Orders and Payment

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Suspected fraudulent transactions

Payment is required in full at the time of order. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to UK mainland addresses. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy includes:

• 30-day return period for unused, unopened items in original packaging
• Customer responsible for return shipping costs unless item is defective
• Refunds processed within 5-7 business days of receiving returned item
• Custom or special orders may not be returnable

6. Warranty

All PORPHIS products are covered by a 1-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. Warranty claims should be submitted to warranty@porphis.com with proof of purchase.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PORPHIS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
